Hey there,

I'm Hunter Lancaster, and I've spent my life around construction. Growing up in eastern North Carolina, my family launched Venture Homes Coastal in Wilmington, NC over 30 years ago, and that's where my journey into the world of building began.

From crafting high-end new homes valued at up to $3 million to diving into the intricacies of remodels, I've had the privilege of being a part of a wide range of projects. After studying business at East Carolina University, I graduated in 2014. Then, in 2016, I wrapped up my MBA with a focus on Finance. These experiences have given me a unique blend of construction know-how and business insights.

Fast forward to today – I'm the force behind EG Homes, based right in the heart of sunny South Florida. It's a family affair, and our expertise lies in creating stunning kitchens and whole-home remodels, mainly serving the Delray and Boca area.

But EG Homes isn't just about constructing spaces; it's about turning your vision into reality. Each nail we hammer and every plan we execute is infused with passion and dedication. I believe in homes that aren't just structures, but places where life's best moments unfold.
